Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot
Celebrations, family, and eating out all come hand in hand. Our family especially loves to celebrate and eat out. I think I definitely carried that with me when I left the house (for college of course), so I thought if I don’t get the chance to make recipes to share, I’ll record the wonderful foods I indulge in outside the kitchen! And of course, I won’t stop trying to put up recipes!

I grew up loving food, and at an early age was introduced to the restauranteur life. My mom shared culinary discoveries, shaping my pallet to appreciate good food. Being around restaurants and food so much inspired my cooking, and only now as I continue my college career do I somehow find the time and independence to explore and discover new flavors in the world.
I love finding new flavors. I love simple recipes. I believe in simplicity, because that is the only way you can really appreciate the flavors, textures, and techniques that are invested into each meal. More importantly, I love to make food to share. Cooking brings together people and I hope that sharing my personal culinary discoveries will help you share your joy with the company you love.
